When you request a quote or book service, we collect contact details (name, email, phone, address), project information (rooms, devices, photos you upload), and payment status when you pay a deposit or balance through our checkout provider.
How we use it
We use your information only to prepare quotes, schedule installation, communicate about your project, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processing
Card and financing payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Retention
We keep quote and booking records as needed to fulfill service, honor warranties, and meet legal obligations.
